We are currently seeking a University Partnerships and Recruitment Consultant to join our University Partnerships Team.

Role

Reporting to the Regional University Partnerships Manager and working as part of the UK University Partnerships and Recruitment Team, the key responsibilities will be: graduate recruitment, building and maintaining relationships with candidates – guiding them through the end to end recruitment process; and growing FDM’s relationships with key personnel within the universities we work with to boost the number of graduates joining FDM’s Programme.

You must possess impeccable interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with both universities from an events perspective, and individual candidates from a recruitment perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build good relationship with key university partners to increase awareness of FDM
  • Identify, develop and deliver on-campus activities to promote the FDM Graduate Programme
  • Source candidates through a variety of different channels
  • Management of email and telephone correspondence with candidates, including accurate recording of all interactions
  • Organise and deliver on-campus and office-based events for candidates
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates to support achievement of target numbers onto the FDM Graduate Programme
  • Effectively liaise and communicate with colleagues across different departments in FDM
