Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HIS Chief Business Officer and his team on the following:
  • Production of monthly internal performance reports (per product, country or client)
  • Provide daily support on Sales analysis, reporting and specific product related initiatives as required
  • Monitor Sales performance
  • Find solutions to improve processes and workflows, generate efficiency gains and mitigate regulatory and operational risk
  • Contribute to specific business initiatives (such as the Asset Management Program)
  • Other strategic initiatives or ad hoc projects (incl. contribution to transversal projects)

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Essential skills/qualifications:

  • Degree preferably in a Business or Scientific subject
  • Knowledge of quantitative analytics
  • Strong organisational skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint)

  • Prior experience in a financial environment or related activities
  • French or other second language
