Job description

A Recruiter at TechnipFMC | Technip-EPG is not just a position; it’s a key function within a multinational who works on challenging projects in the oil and gas market. You are the spider in the web and primary responsible for managing the candidate experience and ensures that the recruitment process runs fluently.

  • Central contact for temporary employees and agencies.
  • Maintaining recruitment administration and file vacancies.
  • Recruiting new candidates for the our offices in Den Bosch and Capelle a/d IJssel.
  • Maintain customer network.
  • Process requests from the market to second personnel.
  • Prepare quotations regarding secondments.
  • Keep records of the resumes of Technip-EPG and temporary workers.
  • Keep records of evaluations of temporary workers.
  • Maintaining contacts with educational establishments.
  • Central contact for recruitment and selection of trainees.
  • Checking invoices of suppliers of temporary workers and ZZPs (independents without personnel).
  • Maintain the vacancies on the TechnipFMC jobportal.
  • Central contact for recruitment via social media, vacancy databanks and referrals.
  • Arrange mailings for recruitment purposes regarding potential candidates.
  • Finalise commercial agreements in liaison with Manager Operations/Managing Director.
  • Weekly meeting with hiring managers to fill vacancies in an effective way.
  • Report to the Manager Human Resources.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience
  • Experience with recruitment & selection or experience in the technical sector
  • Command of Dutch and English both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 tools and database systems
  • knowledge of LinkedIn/Add-ons/gadgets/search tool and able to write an excellent summarized description of the candidate with a substantiated go/no go advice is a pre
  • Hold driving license B
