PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role will be essential to the roll-out implementation of a new workforce management tool, which is one of the highest priority projects within Retail at Rituals. The candidate will be involved with managing the scope, timeframe, implementation and budget of the project.
Our new workforce planning tool & processes will enable us to take our focus on commercial KPIs to the next level by providing real-time and actionable KPI insights for all stores. We will improve staff planning to ultimately result in better customer experiences and financial results.
As Project Specialist, you will focus on critical tasks to help us make the project successful, capture learnings & create consistent materials & trainings for the roll-out, and support in flagging issues or troubleshooting. You will report to the Strategic Planning Manager / Project owner of this project within Rituals and you will be part of the Retail line of business / international Retail team. You work closely together with Business Technology, HR, Control & Analytics & Country teams. You will participate in weekly team update calls, create training materials, document & organize learnings & resources from the pilot, proactively identify issues to be resolved & work with the supplier to create solutions and support CHO and country teams on various topics as needed.
