As Business Analyst, you embrace the SCRUM lifestyle: participating in daily standups, preparing sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives focusing on in-store digital solutions. Your preparation is exemplary, from impact analyses and business cases, support the UX team to decide which wireframes are needed and continuous backlog grooming. Your user stories are insightful, inspirational and actionable. Product Owners look forward to working with you as you prioritize stories together. You will be working closely together with the Digital Business Owner. Your knowledge of business needs is unrivaled as you work closely not only with Business Technology & Development team of E-commerce but also with Finance & Supply Chain. Thanks to your extensive knowledge and meticulous preparation, the SCRUM team’s velocity is optimal and the result of your combined efforts noticeable on the shop floor.
