The European sales enablement lead designs and delivers marketing programmes that drive tangible sales opportunities for the region. The lead supports 15 Fjord studios in Europe, Africa and Latin America. The role requires working with geo marketing teams, studio leads and the Fjord leadership in EALA to create programmes that meet the needs of our local markets.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, ability to drive cross country campaigns and a deep understanding of tracking and data, as well as an understanding of how to leverage content to create sales opportunities.

Accountabilities include:

  • Work with regional leadership to define key priorities for the region.
  • Translate global content into regional programmes with sales enablement assets (go to market toolkits, credentials, workshops, events) to support go to market initiatives.
  • Create key programmes around Accenture marquee events throughout the year e.g. Cannes Lion, MWC Barcelona.
  • Understand account-based marketing and drive opportunities for sales/go to market teams with key Accenture accounts.

Skills:

  • Client-centric marketing, Event management and execution, Campaign planning.
  • Digital: Manage My Sales (MMS), Content customization Creativity and conceptual skills to bring out Fjord's brand and personality in everything we do.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Ability to assemble and manage creative teams.
