More about your role

This is an exciting time for a Property Administrator to join our Commercial Property Department, You will be working for a dynamic team based in our vibrant and modern office space in the heart of London.

As one of our Property Administrators you will support the team with adhoc administration duties including client and customer care, health and safety and accounts. You will provide a first class customer service experience whilst also ensuring that SLAs are met, whilst complying with client, company and statutory regulations.

You will work within a supportive team providing assistance to the Heads of each team, assisting the accounts team, raising PO numbers, and setting up new tenancies. This is a very varied position, which will allow you to experience different sides of the business. .

To be considered for this role you will fit either of the below descriptions.

Starting out in your career, looking to work alongside a talented team. You will start at a junior level and have the opportunity to undertake a qualification in Business and Administration level 2 or level 3. With the opportunity to learn skills in-house with support from your team, you will get exposure to a wide range of clients and property types.

Or you'll have experience working within a commercial property environment and be looking for your next step. You to have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities with the ability to positively influence and communicate with individuals at all levels. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a certain level of I.T. skills, we would expect you to be familiar with Microsoft office packages in particular Word and Excel.
