For our growing team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. In this role you will be the proud front line of the company, and responsible for the success of our customers (the name really says it all)!

Your mission
Your primary objective is to let our client be (more) successful. You help them get the most out of our tool and expand the usage of it in different business units. You will advise them on both a strategic and practical use of our platform. You will proactively reach out to give a constructive feedback on design, content, and distribution.
You'll help clients in defining the role of the publication in their communications strategy and teach them how to use our tool effectively. Good knowledge of distribution and analytics is mandatory and enables the CSM to help each customer to achieve their final goal.
And last but not least, you'll inspire clients by providing them with the right case studies and examples.
To make clear what the focus of the CSM-role should be, the most important responsibilities are summed up below:
You will onboard and enable customers with industry knowledge
You will advise and consult customers on Foleon best practices in terms of design, content, distribution, and analytics.
You will conduct Customer Business Reviews for strategic alignment with top-tier customers
You will give presentations, one-to-one training and webinars about the use of our tool to clients
You will translate the needs and pain points of customers to the product development team
The Sr CSM is involved in the Enterprise sales track (pre and post) so the CSM is well aware of the agreements made and the expectations of the prospect. It’s also a good way for the prospect and CSM to get to know each other at an early stage and build a solid relationship.
Your skills
Your qualifications:

3+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS company

Bachelor’s Degree level or higher
03
Required languages: Native in English, any other language is a plus (Dutch, German or Nordics ones are with advantage)

Proven track record of working in a customer facing role

Experience of working with CRM software is a plus (Hubspot, SFDC, etc.)

Experience of working with CSM software is a plus (Gainsight, Client Success, Customer Success Box, etc.)
07
Have marketing, analytics background or experience with platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, or be willing to learn the basics skills
