We currently have an opportunity for a Tenancy Solutions Enforcement Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team in Walton and we really want to hear from you if you:

  • Consider yourself a people focused person and pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Are confident working on ASB (anti-social behaviour) cases, including offering support to victims and taking legal action as necessary
  • Have experience working within the Housing Industry, along with a knowledge of Housing Law
  • Thrive in a fast paced working environment and have the ability to priorities your own workload to ensure all deadlines are met

For this role you will be expected to travel. You will be able to claim for all travel expenses, fuel or public transport, via our online expenses system and these payments will appear as expenses on your monthly payslip.
