Seabury Consulting, part of Accenture, is a boutique advisory group which assists clients in aviation and other travel-related industries, focusing primarily on airline strategy development and major operational turnarounds. Our unique approach to consulting blends generalist consulting professionals with seasoned aviation experts. Projects include strategy, performance improvement, operational improvement, and due diligence.

Your job

Seabury Consulting takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions in the challenging aviation industry. As a (Junior) Strategy Consultant, you will have responsibility for performing and presenting key areas of analysis.

Your day-to-day activities could include researching, benchmarking, building financial models, analyzing client and market data, or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, develop presentations to show findings internally or to the client.

Your abilities to succeed as a (Junior) Strategy Consultant at Seabury Consulting should include:

  • A curiosity/affinity to work with numbers and data models;
  • Effective communication and presentation skills;
  • Structured problem solving;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Confidence and pride in your work;
  • Interest for aviation and travel industry is considered a plus.

Qualifications

Your background

  • Completed Master’s degree, preferably in a technical and/or business direction;
  • 0 - 6 years relevant experience;
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a plus);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good PowerPoint skills;
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills, including Excel modeling;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
