The merger between Vodafone and Ziggo into VodafoneZiggo created a powerful converged communications services provider. We offer the best of entertainment, mobile telephony fixed telephony and internet solutions. With our produtcs and services we inspire people, companies and the society to get in touch, on the road, at home or at work.

Continuous innovation is key to deliver the best products and services to our costumers. To fully leverage our competitive advantage, VodafoneZiggo needs to become even more integrated than we already are. From a technological perspective, this requires harmonizing and aligning a myriad of business processes and solutions, while making infinitely scalable end-to-end solutions the norm. At VodafoneZiggo we subscribe to the ideas behind the eTOM business process framework, and believe that a proper implementation process will facilitate an efficient, effective and agile IT-environment that, in turn, will set the stage for future-proofing our enterprise.

You will focus on the right integration between IT and the B2C service platforms, interaction with both Fixed and Mobile Network departments is key to make sure the technical B2C roadmap is aligned.

During the High Level Design phase you lead the assigned internal and external design (sub)teams, ensuring that system designs are in line with other project deliveries (e.g. test plan, process design) and are delivered within the agreed timelines and with excellent quality.

As Designer you are responsible for providing cost estimates for projects to the business and will scope the (technical) solution to these costs.
