About the team

The PDS - Pricing Service is a managed service providing customers with full validated pricing services, validated corporate actions, dividends and broker and counterparty collection services. PDS Pricing Service also collects, reconciles and validates broker and counterparty data. Fully automated processes ensure that, whatever the format of the broker or counterparty reports, the required data is consistently and accurately extracted.

What you will be doing

You will join a dedicated and growing Integrated Solutions Customer Service team. Work as part of the PDS team, supporting the client base and assisting in the ongoing management of the pricing, validation and transmission of pricing data relating to these clients. Respond to incoming calls and emails from PDS customers. You will look to build a strong relationship with each client and achieve customer satisfaction with the service offering.

  • Administration of critical financial processes in a time critical environment
  • Supporting clients in their price validation process associated with NAV production
  • Awareness of global markets relating to the provision of market data
  • Dealing with large financial institutions and managing queries relating to price validation
