What does After Sales do in LG Sonic?
Our After Sales team takes care of our customers. The technology that we sell are long-term projects, thus you need skills in areas such as project management, project administration, customer relations. The most important job is to keep the customers happy. You do so by communicating with the customers, being analytical, and by solving problems. After Sales is the closest to the customer and therefore an important information provider to all other departments in the company. This means you get to work together with Marketing, Sales, Operations, R&D and Production.
