You take initiative and do the extra mile to deliver the best possible result for the client and your colleagues. Under time constraints, you analyze (process) data and come up with new insights and solutions for complex problems. You absorb new information quickly and applying this effectively on a personal and content level is not a problem for you. Together with the client and a multidisciplinary team, you take on the challenge to realize sustainable results. You are collaborative in style, empathic innature, confident in content and focused on outcomes at all levels in the client organization. Pro-actively bringing new ideas to the table and taking ownership in the execution come natural to you.
