Product Owner (m|f|d) for Corporate IT

Our products are the basic utilities for all idealos. We provide personal devices as well as the necessary collaboration tools. Our goal is to have autonomous teams. To provide these liberties, we strive to decentralize as many decisions as possible and establish self-services even for things which require usually a high effort.

To support this change, we are looking for a product owner who has fun to communicate and wants to work in a leadership team. Our leadership team consists of product owners, team leads and the Head of’s in dual leadership. We work together on the challenges of idealo.

About your new role

• You are part of an agile Team with a shared product vision. It is your responsibility to bring product ideas into epics and stories and to prioritize them as well as keeping the long-term goals in mind
• You face your team with the right challenges and encourage creative debates
• You make sure the team builds the right things instead of just building things right
• You enjoy working with our internal customers and getting the priorities right

Skills & Requirements

• You have experience in the area of corporate IT, product management or agile coaching and are interested in the challenges of a corporate IT in an agile environment
• You like to communicate and work together in a team. A continuous exchange with your colleagues is essential for you
• You can substantiate your subjective impressions with hard data
• You speak English or German fluently
