About the Role

Direct Sourcing Business Partner

6 month FTC – start ASAP

Essential Qualification – experience managing an end to end recruitment function within an IT environment.

You will partner with your business areas, Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver a proactive, quality recruitment service focused on cost save and reducing agency use across the business. The Direct Sourcing Team are a team of three Business Partners tasked with providing a simple and effective process that provides a positive recruitment experience for both the Hiring Managers and the candidates.

About you

We are looking for someone positively tenacious with excellent communication skills and the ability to listen, engage and challenge at all levels and with various stakeholder groups. You will instinctively prioritise your customers both internal and external whilst championing a transparent and caring recruitment approach to build trust and engagement in this crucial internal resourcing function.

It is essential for this position that you are someone with experience, knowledge, or a background in IT resourcing. Ideally you will also be experienced in technical or engineering sectors. You will be able to use initiative and innovation in utilising a range of sourcing channels, you will quickly pick up the culture and ethos at National Grid and confident in both selling and communicating this to candidates, influencing at various levels using well-honed interpersonal skills.

What you'll get

A competitive salary between £37,000 - £47,000 pa for a 6-month fixed term contract– dependent on capability

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 10%.
