Customer Service Executive
We are looking for an excellent Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service team here at our UK Head Office in Basingstoke. Initially this role will be 12 month fixed term contract maternity cover.
The successful candidates will act as advocates for the customers within Tech Data relating to after sales management processes and procedures. Previous experience of an inbound Customer Service role is essential. The main responsibility will be to provide leading customer focused service through accurate and timely processing of returns and delivery queries to protect and grow the customer relationship.
Accountabilities:
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and working as part of a dynamic and professional team.
