We are the creators of Lean Digital; a three-part product development framework serving as a system to build digital for NewCo and CoreCo projects of big companies. Eli5 Lean Digital includes Solution Validation, Product Design & Development, and Integration (both vertical and horizontal).

Next to our Lean Digital operations for big companies, we spend a lot of time building digital for promising Startups and our own Eli5 Ventures. We call this Eli5 Startup Lab. It’s a space where we work alongside with other entrepreneurs to build the companies of tomorrow.

The Director of Culture and Talent at Eli5.

Our people are our most valuable asset. As Head of Talent and Culture you’ll be leading talent acquisition and retention, focusing on designers and developers who are contributing to the growth of our company. You’ll be responsible for recruiting new talent, retaining acquired talent, onboarding of new employees, development of mentoring and coaching sessions, and setting up team- and company events.

Eli5 offers you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced company and grow your skills and experience within the fields of technology, (corporate) startups, and design.

You will be responsible for:

  • Talent acquisition with a focus on design and technology;
  • Retention of acquired talent;
  • Onboarding of new employees;
  • Develop mentoring and coaching sessions;
  • Organise quarterly and annual performance review sessions; and
  • Setting up team and company events.

Your competencies – Essential:

  • Experienced with Human Resources Management;
  • Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs;
  • Knowledge of Business Administration;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Speaking both Dutch and English on a professional level;
  • Leadership abilities;
  • Bringing a positive and open mindset to the office;
  • A flexible mentality and a genuine desire to ensure the quality of our company’s output; and
  • An organized and self-motivated approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet both short and long-term deadlines.

Your competencies – Bonus:

  • Knowledge of design-driven software development;
  • Knowledge of startup methodologies;
  • Knowledge of business and strategic design; and
  • Experienced in communicating and presenting to clients and their teams.
