Contract Summary

Please note this is a Sales Assistant role working within our market-leading Events Hospitality Team. This is an office-based role selling hospitality to London’s best corporate events from Hampton Court Palace Festival to Winter Wonderland.

This a great chance for a self-driven candidate to work in a business that is ever changing, bringing new events to the portfolio while innovating the way businesses entertain clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent and unique experiences to businesses and possess a hunger to reach and exceed sales targets, whilst working independently and as part of a team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding daily KPI’s, which include;
  • 40 calls per day
  • 10 warm call back leads
  • 4 hours call time per day
  • Responsible for following up with the sales team regarding your warm prospects
  • Generating sales prospects for the team including new business generation
  • Managing and reporting the sales team pipeline and keeping documentation clean and up to date
  • Responsibility for identifying key industry growth sectors to target, from evaluating historic event and client data
  • Administration of contract especially the use of CRM system
  • Representing IMG, Endeavor at exhibitions, conferences, networking events and meetings
  • Weekly reporting to management on sales progress
  • Manage the floorplan for each event and ensure clients are allocated accordingly
  • Good understanding of math, excel and calculating forecasts and targets

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in achieving set targets
  • Knowledge of the Events industry
  • Experience in dealing with HNW and UHNW clients
  • Experience in using a CRM system
  • A proven record of exceeding targets

Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent position based in Chiswick Park, London
  • Working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel/weekend work may be required
