Our team in Farnborough is currently looking for a: Continuous Improvement Manager – Robotic Process Automation Creator on a 12 month secondment to lead on our RPA development.

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll lead and manage a programme to drive forward a culture of continuous improvement through the management of a programme of Robotic Process Automation and Small Enhancements. The purpose of the project is to improve processes and create efficiencies including: improving customer contact management, reducing operating costs and improving customer retention.. You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of RPA whilst ensuring effective change management within the business; you’ll support the implementation of any business changes together with ensuring sufficient training, awareness and buy-in of any impacted processes is achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of a large investment budget and management of all associated risks throughout the project.

Qualifications and Experience

You should have:

• Recognised qualification in process improvement (desirable)

• Background in computer programming and development, ideally .Net/JAVA

• Track record of successfully delivering business improvement, project management and change within a financial services or automotive environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence teams and/or people at all levels

• Process Automation

• Creativity and ability to think strategically, to look outside the normal boundaries

• Understanding and ability to communicate the linkage between strategy and tactical execution.

• Strong knowledge of process management / improvement and quality assurance; Preferred Process Improvement Certification (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and/or Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP)..

• Experience in UI Path Process Automation Tool
