We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Change Lead to join our team based in London ion the heart of Soho. The Operations Change Lead is a senior manager responsible for on-boarding new operational processes and functions in alignment with evolving business needs and managing those operations through transition into ‘business as usual’.

Working in partnership with the wider teams and departments across scheduling, production, editorial, localisation and creative and commercial teams across Warner Media’s Entertainment and Kids brands, this is a key role in the International Operations Group for implementing change through active leadership and coaching, ensuring the new operations and teams enacting those operations are trained, aligned to collective goals and objectives and working in a culture of cross functional collaboration, highest levels of quality and proactive continual review and improvement based on operational key performance metrics and data.

The focus of the role is to provide proactive operational leadership during times on transition driven from key change initiatives and therefore requires experience of leading complex operations in an international consumer facing business, ideally media.

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advisor: Advisor to related functions, departments and teams across WarnerMedia International for the operational on-boarding and transition of change and improvement initiatives
  • Point of coordination for Internal divisions and 3rd parties: Aligning the operational relationships with US and international and external partners and vendors for the operational on-boarding and transition of change and improvement initiatives
  • Delivery standards: Working with the 3rd parties and internal technology and operations teams on the delivery standards and workflows for the operational on-boarding and transition of change and improvement initiative.
  • Sourcing and management of services: Implementing internal and 3rdparty services for required supporting the delivery of change initiatives.
  • Operational ownership: Operational ownership and management of the new and enhanced workflows to agreed service levels, including the tracking of and reporting on across key workflows and functions and measurement, analysis of KPI metrics and data to drive continual change and improvement
  • Capacity planning: Responsible for resource planning for the team and for the forecasting and budgeting of internal and external resource costs required to fulfil new and evolving operational commitments
  • Process ownership: Operational oversight and ownership for the systems and data required to enable the delivery, identification and use of content across the international region.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within broadcast operations.
  • Proven ability to manage change.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading internal meetings.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills.
