Job Description
The Account Manager is an essential member of our commercial team and is responsible for growing our existing client base. This role is based out of our Amsterdam office and requires occasional travel. As Account Manager, you are an integral part of our growing client team and you will make a direct impact on Newzoo’s future. You will work closely together with the Client Success team in identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities. You will also introduce Newzoo’s services to other departments within our current global client base. Our ideal Account Manager is an energetic customer-facing professional with proven expertise in market research/consultancy, especially in turning opportunities into deals.
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
You have experience in sales/client success/account management role in SaaS B2B services, preferably related to market intelligence or analytics. Equally important is your passion for the markets in which we are experts: games, esports, media, and tech, and the disruptive trends that impact them.
