As Intern European Talent Acquisition – Technology and Projects you will be part of the European TA team, working with all our country teams on the recruitment technologies and processes. You will support in communication and the organization of meetings that will enable us to work efficiently as one TA team across Europe. This will mean that one day you could be preparing a PowerPoint deck for the next European TA team meeting whilst the next day you might be working alongside IT to fix an issue on the career site.

Other tasks you will be working on:

  • Support with and improve our TA Tools: Applicant Tracking system, Career Site, candidate and hiring manager Survey, Online Assessment, Tableau (dashboard tool). You are in daily contact with our IT team and our external suppliers to improve the tools and answer queries from the local TA teams;
  • Enhance TA Community: You will support with meeting material (PowerPoint, Excel etc) and logistics around meeting set up;
  • Review the current local practice on graduate recruitment (both internal and external) through research. This work will act as input for our Early Career strategy;
  • Gathering TA data for several projects and initiatives.

As TA intern, you enjoy working in a team, absorb new information quickly and are able to apply this effectively. By nature, you are entrepreneurial-minded and not afraid to take initiative. You are also:

  • In your last phase of a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or similar;
  • Available for at least 6 months with a minimum of 4 days per week;
  • You enjoy dealing with technology and have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Experience in HR or Recruitment is a plus;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is not required.
