Our mission:

You will be a part of the Delivery Operations team. Within CG our mission is to Deliver Always. Immediate delivery of valid codes or immediate top up via RTR (Real Time Recharge) is the core promise to our customers.

Your contribution to our mission:

As Product Owner you are responsible to continuously improve on our consumer promise: immediate valid delivery!

As our Product Owner, you will be the driving force on how we structure/ organise our product catalogue. You are in the lead for the design & implementation of our delivery processes, for connecting new suppliers/ categories/ products and for the processes concerning purchasing, editing and removing products (incl. self service for our colleagues working with the applications). You define the main issues behind non-delivery and you are responsible for the roadmap for which you define and implement the features needed to reduce non-delivery and to improve delivery experience. Besides this; you make sure we have a scalable product setup that supports our expansion strategy for Rapido and Recharge.

Your tasks will include things like:

  • you make sure there is always a clear vision on the product complimented with a 3 year strategy and at least a 3-9 month roadmap/backlog to improve customer delivery experience and to create a scalable setup;

  • you make sure we have a scalable product management setup that supports our expansion strategy for Rapido and Recharge;

  • you make sure development teams understand the vision of the product;

  • you collaborate with the Platform Architect and Delivery Improvement Specialist to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement;

  • you make sure business and customer care teams and other stakeholders are aligned on the roadmap and sprint goals;
  • you organise a sprint review meeting to give a full update on the sprint to all stakeholders & anyone else within the company.

We are looking for someone with:

  • a track record as a successful PO, preferably in another scale up (a high volume transaction based digital company).
  • experience working with Agile and Scrum and used to work with tooling like Tableau & Jira.
  • great stakeholder management skills; you communicate clearly, timely and effectively across the board, participate actively, offer input and back up ideas with a strong business case.
  • a passion to follow the digital market trends to make sure you are always up to date on digital product management/ delivery subjects.
  • has deep understanding of the product and the business logic behind it.
  • great stakeholder management skills; you communicate clearly, timely and effectively across the company, you participate actively, offer input and back up ideas with a strong business case.
  • conceptual and strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on approach.
  • the willingness to travel to our office in Nijmegen occasionally.
