Our mission:
You will be a part of the Delivery Operations team. Within CG our mission is to Deliver Always. Immediate delivery of valid codes or immediate top up via RTR (Real Time Recharge) is the core promise to our customers.
Your contribution to our mission:
As Product Owner you are responsible to continuously improve on our consumer promise: immediate valid delivery!
As our Product Owner, you will be the driving force on how we structure/ organise our product catalogue. You are in the lead for the design & implementation of our delivery processes, for connecting new suppliers/ categories/ products and for the processes concerning purchasing, editing and removing products (incl. self service for our colleagues working with the applications). You define the main issues behind non-delivery and you are responsible for the roadmap for which you define and implement the features needed to reduce non-delivery and to improve delivery experience. Besides this; you make sure we have a scalable product setup that supports our expansion strategy for Rapido and Recharge.

Your tasks will include things like:
you make sure there is always a clear vision on the product complimented with a 3 year strategy and at least a 3-9 month roadmap/backlog to improve customer delivery experience and to create a scalable setup;
you make sure we have a scalable product management setup that supports our expansion strategy for Rapido and Recharge;
you make sure development teams understand the vision of the product;
you collaborate with the Platform Architect and Delivery Improvement Specialist to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement;
