As CRM Strategy Consultant you’ll be operating at the intersection of Media, Commerce, CRM, and Technology. You’ll be working on a strategic level to optimize the entire omnichannel marketing strategy and determine what digital success looks like for your customer. Through your knowledge of digital marketing you know how CRM technology can be used to get the right marketing expressions to the right consumers.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong passion for problem solving on a strategic level, and a desire to define the tactics that will make an impact through personalized marketing. You also have a strong understanding of the interaction between businesses, brands and customers, and the role of data and technology in this Connected Experience.

As a CRM Strategy Consultant, you will definitely:

  • Work on the Connected Experience, whose phasing, development and optimization represent a significant challenge for our clients;
  • Work on omni-channel marketing plans for customers and are the trustworthy advisor towards our customers;
  • Are able to separate fact from fiction when it comes to digital marketing;
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client contacts and executives;
  • Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities, and original thinking;
  • Be able to assist the customer with their digital transformation.

RequirementsWhat we’d like you to show:

  • You are educated to the relevant senior vocational or pre-university level;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in data-driven/ online marketing – specifically CRM & Email;
  • Significant work experience as a strategist or consultant at an agency or consultancy firm;
  • You are up-to-speed on trends and developments in the domain of digital retail;
  • You are experienced in compiling to-the-point briefings and debriefings, market analyses, digital strategies and concrete requirements;
  • Experience with B2C is a must, B2B is nice to have;
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe or Selligent;
  • You can present yourself as an expert in your field through blogs, presentations and other forms of media;
  • You are proactive, enterprising and energetic;
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written (German and/or French would also be an advantage).
