Working in the Energy & Utilities team your role will be varied and dynamic. You may be working with utility organisations who are preparing to implement their business plans, that they are in the process of submitting to Ofwat. Alternatively, you may be supporting an organisation in the roll out of Smart Meters by 2020.

As a Graduate Analyst you can expect to be working in small teams when working for a client. Your tasks will vary but will often contribute towards client deliverables. You will often be working on-site in a client organisation and will have a responsibility to meet tight deadlines.

CAREER PROGRESSION

GRADUATE ANALYST: Supporting a team of consultants in research and analysis, you’ll receive the training you need to understand the essential disciplines of consultancy.

CONSULTANT ANALYST: You’ll perform demanding research and analysis and experience more client contact, while independently contributing to internal practice projects.

CONSULTANT: Predominantly client-facing, you’ll work independently on individual project tasks while providing input to sales, marketing and leadership activity.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT: Acting as assignment manager, you’ll contribute to the service proposition and business development while managing the day-to-day client relationships.

MANAGING CONSULTANT: You’ll manage our more complex projects and be responsible for initiating and leading other business development opportunities.

ELIGIBILITY TO WORK

First year package £34,500 + bonus
