Our Global Strategic Pricing team partners with Global Sales Operations team (GSO) to deliver the roadmap for a strategic pricing tool called Configure Price Quote (CPQ). You will be a key liaison between Strategic Pricing, GSO and the key business stakeholders to determine and deliver the business requirements within the framework of the CPQ capabilities.

As a Global Strategic Pricing Analyst, you will lead the CPQ readiness work-stream for each project, from pricing review through to the implementation of CPQ in the business working closely with colleagues in Brazil, Asia Pacific, North America, EMEA and the Targeting business line across all regions.

What are the key responsibilities of this role?

You will be responsible for leading the CPQ readiness workstream of the pricing review project. This includes liaising with key business stakeholders to define and document the business requirements to include:

  • The product catalogue

  • The pricing structure and configuration for each product, building a master database for pricing

  • The delegated authority matrix & pricing exception approval rules

  • The specification for standard contract pricing documentation.

Representing the Strategic Pricing team in the CPQ delivery process will involve:

  • Presenting the business requirements to the systems delivery team

  • Being the liaison between the business and UK based CPQ systems team to ensure agreement is reached on design.

  • Supporting the change management process to support business stakeholders through the delivery of the tool

  • Have an active involvement in user acceptance testing

  • Provide guidance to the training and post go live support teams.
  • Support the design and implementation of the CPQ MI pricing post go live
