We are recruiting for an Online Execution Executive within our Direct Sales team to drive the sales and share of Panasonic in the online space through the planning and coordinating the perfect execution of our content on retailers’ websites.

The role will involve building advantaged relationships with customer contacts and utilising digital tactics and tools to increase the brand presence and visibility to encourage an custom on our retailers’ websites. The successful candidate will be expected to support and replicate where appropriate, the broader customer Joint Business Plan and will take day-to-day direction from the Account team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working between PUK Sales, the Customer Online and Brand Communications teams to ensure that the co-ad plans are built and communicated in advance and implemented by retailers as expecte.
  • Ensuring product listing are maximised on all retailers.
  • Coordinating “Rocket-Launch” plans across all teams (Sales, Brand Comms, Customer, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of new products launches. This includes ensuring the workflow management of product set up, stock, reviews samples, core assets, paid-for space, and promotions.
  • Auditing Go Live presence and coordinate directly with retailers to ensure provided assets are live.
  • Ongoing management of the product lifecycle, and assess and promote Panasonic`s positions with retailers.
  • Checking that promotions are implemented on time and visible.
  • Implementing "frequently" bought with, in order to increase brand visibility of Panasonic products and increase attachment ratio.
  • Ensuring filtering of USPs work properly for Panasonic products and fix.
  • Ensuring our presence on search results, and category navigation.
  • Working with customer to improve taxonomy and search ensuring Panasonic are at parity or better to competition and that PUK naming conventions fit with search engine algorithm to deliver best results.
  • Developing and aligning an online JBP with PUK sales and the customer including full year objectives and detailing a rolling 3-month activity plan.
  • Audit: Use Brand View reporting and manual checks, ensure that Brand presence remains to the highest standard across: Compliance, Search results, Reviews and rating.
