What we do

Equity compensation is really complex. Secfi provides (1) financing to help shareholders of private companies with liquidity and (2) technology products that help private company employees make the most of their equity and to make more informed decisions.

We hope that by simplifying their equity compensation, employees can spend more time on things they love doing most.

Status quo

Founded in February 2017 because of our Founders personal experience surrounding equity compensation. Our Team now consists of 14 in Amsterdam, 1 in Brazil, 1 in London and 4 in the US. We have 15+ vacancies to fill in Amsterdam and the US in the next 6 months.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Amsterdam based Talent Acquisition Manager whom will be responsible for shaping our recruiting strategy from the ground up and report to the HR Manager.

  • Set up the use of Talent Management (Tools) and implement/train Managers and HR to use them
  • Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
  • Be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process globally
  • Creation of meaningful job posts
  • Scout for and bring in the best talents in the market around the world and on various platforms
  • Support presenting job offers and negotiation
  • Efficient recruiting processes until the final hire
  • Provide a first-class candidate experience by ensuring a smooth process
  • Weekly reports with HR Manager and COO
  • You will develop sourcing strategies for key roles and develop our talent pipelines
  • Research in Market mapping and Benchmarks
  • Work on Employer Branding and Culture topics with the HR Manager

Our Requirements

  • 3+ demonstrable experience within Talent Management for a (Fin)Tech Startup or equivalent experience in industry
  • Bachelor/Masters Degree in Psychology, HrM, Marketing or Business Management
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time
  • An accurate way of working and a sense of discreteness is needed
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Passion for technology, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
