Food & Beverage Team Leader

We are now looking for a confident and passionate FB Team Leader to join our OXBO restaurant and Executive Lounge within our award-winning team at Hilton London Bankside.

Position Purpose

  • We are currently looking for an individual with a true passion for service. You will engage with guests and ensure they have an exceptional time, and always look out for new ways of improving the service and atmosphere in our restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to progress their career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

When working as a F&B Team Leader you will be the person in charge for the guest journey during our guest’s time in our OXBO restaurant and Executive Lounge. You will also;

  • Have full knowledge of the food and drink offering in the restaurant
  • Liaise with all team members and the kitchen to ensure swift and efficient food and drink service to the tables
  • Ensure the team receive adequate briefings
  • Assist with training and stock takes and ensure we have adequate stock for the shift
  • Prepare the restaurant for service, and maintain a tidy and enjoyable environment at all times
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate;
  • Ensure team members work together and communicate to provide a continuously high standard of service to our guests
  • Report and follow up on any comments, VIP arrivals or guest queries as they occur
