The Sales Development Representative (SDR), EMEA, partners with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), EMEA, in their territories to create sales opportunities on new and existing accounts. Daily activities will include account planning, prospect identification, lead generation, inbound lead qualification and sales calls. Working with RSMs, the SDR will gain exposure creating strategic business value across all their accounts. In this role, you will be measured on your ability to prospect, qualify leads, and uncover and create new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features, benefits and application of Lucidchart’s offering
  • Hunter mentality for outbound lead sourcing and qualify leads received by marketing
  • Generate new pipeline across business segments and verticals through prospect engagements that include cold calling, emailing, and marketing activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape of Lucidchart.com
  • Interact with and develop relationships with existing Lucidchart clients and prospects
  • Achieve sales quota by qualifying top leads

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Must be able to work in the EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accounts
  • Leading potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, and sales acceleration tools such as Outreach, DiscoverOrg etc.
