The Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic intern to join our marketing team in our head offices in Highbury, London.

This is a great opportunity to join a young team in a rapidly growing tech startup. As the Growth Marketing Intern you will work closely with the Growth lead, assisting with unlocking demand and pushing the boundaries of customer acquisition metrics through iterative and creative experiments. The team is fast-paced, data-driven and results focused.

This role will suit a highly organised and proactive candidate with an interest in hospitality who is able to independently work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks at once. You must be happy to join a lively, dynamic office that has expanded rapidly over the last year. There is potential for this internship to turn into a full-time role for the right candidate. Expenses will be paid for the duration of the internship.

What you will do:

  • Launch global marketing campaigns across email, SMS and social media to support our UK, US and Australian offices
  • Analyse customer feedback to inform new growth marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams, based across London, Austin and Melbourne and Montevideo, to ensure that we deliver the highest possible standard of work
  • Assist Growth Lead in running growth marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Is highly organised, motivated and able to multitask
  • Is happy to work independently and proactively
  • Has a keen interest in the tech and hospitality industries
  • Some previous experience is advantageous- but above all must be keen to learn and get stuck into a fast-paced working environment
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle any challenge
  • Strong writing, spelling and grammar skills, excellent English and a keen eye for detail
