Summary
At Kew, We currently have several ongoing and scheduled major transformation programmes, the aim of which is a better understanding of and ability to use Kew’s data. You will play a key role in providing a well-defined integration platform and ensuring our data is consistent and centralised across the organisation, through architecture and design, solution implementation and testing and support.
As Integration Analyst, you will be at the forefront of developing Kew’s integration platform, ensuring changes are well managed and all new code is fit for purpose, following best practice. Working alongside business analysts and project teams, you will be committed to gaining an expert understanding of business practices and processes, offering advice on integration matters and ensuring they are correctly considered throughout the project lifecycle.

You will have strong programming and data skills and good knowledge of technology trends.

Together with our partners in industry and academia, in the UK and worldwide, we use science and technology to help solve defence and security issues. Around 60% of MOD’s science and technology programme (total funding: £410 million) is supplied by our external partners.
Through the Defence and Security Accelerator, we fund research into novel, high-risk, high-potential-benefit innovations. The Accelerator focuses on innovations which can provide advantage to defence and national security to protect the UK from its adversaries. It funds the development of suppliers’ innovative ideas and provides support through to potential application.
