Main responsibilities:

  • Taking our customer satisfaction and NPS scores to the next level by delivering excellent customer service to consumers across all channels, including social media
  • Elevating our customer centric services by being part of the digital transformation and contributing to the evolution of service excellence processes and tools
  • Webshop fulfilment management, including stock, order processing, logistics, invoicing and returns
  • Support B2B service and in-house sales colleagues as well as local Account Managers in maximizing business opportunities and reaching the sales objectives
  • Support digital marketing and sales team with input and content requirements to optimize the omnichannel customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional work and thinking level.
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in Italian (native) and sufficient oral and writing skills in English and/or Dutch. Additional languages are a preferred;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar customer facing role;
  • Strong communication and administration skills;
  • Service minded and solution-oriented
  • Digital and e-commerce passion and affinity will be considered a plus
