In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Drive optimal execution of learning projects at Philips Ultrasound Global Marketing team. You will work closely together with the Global Marketing team lead on important projects such as planning training events for global market, and support building the annual plans for our Key Markets. In addition, you will also lead projects that support your career development.

You are responsible for:

  • Planning and executing projects
  • Implementing best practices in project management and learning in a global scale
  • Managing stakeholders across functions and seniorities
  • Designing and updating the SharePoint environment
  • Supporting different team members of the Ultrasound market capabilities team

You are a part of:

The Ultrasound Market capabilities team located in Amsterdam and report into the team leader. Your team supports the Ultrasound sales organization in all Markets within Philips, the leading health tech company in the world. As an intern you are a full member of the team and you will take up responsible tasks (assisted by team members where required). On a weekly basis, we will organize coaching sessions, focused on your learning and development.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.) or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Change Management, Learning & Development or related studies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Pragmatic, can do mind-set and able to work independently
  • Passion for training and healthcare;
  • Fluent in English (open for international students)
  • Project management work-experience preferred
  • Analytical skills preferred.
  • Be registered as a student during the entire internship period.
  • For students outside EU/EER, internship should be compulsory by your education.

During the internship, you will work 4 days per week for Philips and will have 1 day to work on your thesis.
