At KLM Digital we would like to attract and a new digital talent in the field of HR! Do you want to help our department develop our recruitment process? Are you interested in getting to know the ins and outs of KLM as an organization?

Wat ga je doen?

We are KLM Digital, responsible for all customer facing products (such as AFKL website, mobile applications, chatbots) in AirFrance KLM. Our department delivers business innovation in a highly competitive market. With an Agile way of working our product teams deliver new features with full speed. As technology is changing every day, we need to keep our applications up to date by constantly renewing ourselves. We work in Distributed Agile mode together with multiple cultures in different locations such as France, The Netherlands and India.

In this agile world, we want to attract new Digital talents to strengthen our workforce. The world is changing, so we need to adapt our recruitment process. We are looking for an intern who can design a new recruitment process to find solutions on the below challenges and help us out on the execution.

Challenges:

Attract talent in a very competitive job market

  • Our customers are changing towards millennials, what about our workforce?
  • Which channels are right to reach out the right candidates?
  • New ways of attracting & reaching candidates? Vacancies on traditional websites enough? Or do we need to go to conferences to reach the right technical community? We need your outside of the box ideas.

Assignment:

Together with our recruitment department you will design a new recruitment process

  • On behalf of the hiring managers: You will monitor the new incoming applications, trigger the actions for new incoming applications and communicate within the team and the potential candidate
  • Organize meet & greet days

Are you not afraid to take initiative, strong with both verbal and written communication, result driven and happy to think out of the box? Than this is your chance!

We are looking for an HBO/WO student with a human resources background or a similar education. Additionally, you should be available from May onwards for 3-4 days a week for 3 to 6 months.
