You are the connecting link between our customers and partners from a service and commercial perspective.

  • Manage shippers & carrier base with the best service

  • Actively manage the quality of our transportation partner base
  • Collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of shippers, transportation partners, and internal partners
  • Continually seek new solutions and opportunities for our carrier partners
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of shippers, transportation partners.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering the best customer service
  • Own and answer inbound phone calls to manage any issues that come up in the normal operation of freight movement
  • Be resourceful, scrappy, and get things done
