The fast growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department of ACT Commodities is looking for a new colleague! Are you a detail-oriented and structured individual? Do you want to work in a multinational dynamic environment and help ACT Commodities reach its ambitious growth milestones?

Finance and trading equal high speed, high volume transactions and quick decision making. You ensure and optimize the financial perspective of our trades. You get the opportunity to work with several different physical products, financial instruments and market exchanges on an international scale.

Together with our traders, you increase enterprise value and play a crucial part in further professionalizing and optimizing our business. Within our fast-growing company, you get the opportunity to really make an impact that matters!

You will offer support to the Financial Team when it comes to planning and analysis.

Your tasks:

  • Updating forecast templates;
  • Updating management report with new forecasts;
  • Preparing databases for analysis;
  • Preparing VAT statements to be checked by the FP&A Manager;
  • Building summary tables for actuals at the end of the month and for forecast during budget meetings;
  • Assisting the FP&A Manager with variance analyses.

Your profile:

  • University student in the fields of Business, Economics, Finance or related;
  • Available 4-5 days/week starting September 2nd for a minimum of 4 months;
  • You work in a structured manner, and have a detailed way of thinking;
  • You are an experienced Excel user;
  • You are a well-spoken and professional multitasker;
  • Open minded individual, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are both a team player as well as a reliable individual;
  • Fluent in English.
