We are a firm of Productivity Specialists working primarily with Healthcare and Public Sector clients in the UK and Ireland. Since our inception we have helped clients to achieve significant cost savings through the effective management of resources ensuring that the right people are in the right place, at the right time, at the right quantity, quality and cost. Following a detailed analysis of the "as is" state of the client operation, if we can be assured that the client will achieve at least a 250% ROI on one of our programmes, we will undertake a project to implement improvements.

Typically our teams work with the clients, on their premises, for 16 to 24 weeks implementing the agreed changes. The programmes are a collaborative venture with the client staff in changing unproductive working methods for those which are more effective, designing management systems which give team leaders and managers control of their resources, and transferring skills to the client as the bedrock for continuous improvement.

In our 20 years of operating we have helped clients achieve around £200 million of savings either through increased volumes or reduced waste. In terms of public sector this has significantly improved the value for money for the taxpayer whilst improving the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
