And we need your help in ensuring our platform is completely customer centric and our customer experience is world class.

You will work as part of a cross-functional, self-managed team, building the next generation data lake, analytics products and services in Twill based on GCP Big Data technologies: Big Query, Pub/Sub, DataFlow, DataPrep, DataLab, Google Data Studio, Cloud Storage, Tensor Flow and GA 360, together with a Product Owner, Scrum Masters, Data Analysts, Data Scientists and other Software Engineers. Besides that you’re responsible for driving our data driven, customer feedback culture, in different forms and with various channels. Help Twillers to boost their data skills, automate processes and improve efficiency.

Here is a bit of flavour of what you will be working on:

1) Take part in the full data lifecycle process: collecting, transforming, analyzing, visualizing and activating

2) Identify gaps and provide requirements for other product teams to enhance the BI & analytics products and capabilities

3) Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models

4) Design ETL/ELT, data pipelines and data models based on source data and data definitions

5) Design of semantic layer and data quality controls

6) Build understandable BI Glossary, tools and environment to enable self-service for various BI consumers (Leadership team, Business Managers, Sales…) and BI producers (e.g. Data analysts, Data scientists)

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

· Able to understand, analyze and refine business requirements (user stories) for various descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives

· Able to communicate design solutions effectively to Product Owners, Software Engineers and senior internal and external stakeholders

· Guide and empower the data team to deliver outstanding data solutions

· Support product managers to ideate, evaluate and prioritize ideas and features, define product visions and user stories

· Facilitate the process of embedding data by design into all aspects of our product and service offering

Your profile

· 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant role within data and business intelligence domain

· Knowledge in OLAP, relational, dimensional, tabular, NoSQL and document databases

· Datawarehouse lifecycle and concepts

· Fluent with SQL, Python and data visualization tools. Knowledge in Java and JavaScript is an advantage

· Experience with DataFlow and BigQuery is prerequisite
