Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a Software Sales Engineer, where your task will be partnering up with our Business Development & Sales Managers acting as a technical expert when it comes to our PAAS - Everon, a next generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate EV-charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sale activities:

  • Works closely with the Sales & Business Development to develop and maintain customer/partner relationships
  • Provides technical support on proposals (RFP), Sales pitches, client meetings, trade shows for new business and acts as a platform expert.
  • Works closely with customers to understand and capture requirements regarding all aspect of Everon, provide solutions or alternatives. Managed customer expectations.

Post-sale activities:

  • Works closely with the Customer Success Representatives to develop and maintain customer/partner relationships
  • Provides ongoing technical support for new implementations
  • Responsible for the planning of new Implementations
  • Will coordinate the implementation of customized solutions and on boarding of new customers within the Everon organization

REQUIREMENTS

Software:

  • Good understanding of API design
  • Overall knowledge of software design principles
  • Understanding and experience in integrations with 3rd party solutions
  • Experience with selling Software as a Service (SaaS) or even Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  • Experience with multi tenancy concepts
  • Previous experience working within a technical pre-sales position or similar

Business Development:

  • Gathering user requirements
  • Can create business proposals in line with agreed customer needs and expectations
  • Negotiating possible solutions
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Care about details and documentation
  • Willing to travel (up to 30-40%) and work on the customer side as needed
