JOB PURPOSE

To effectively support the RMX coordinator in the RM stock management activity for RM/Trim Procurement, maximising utilisation, reduce waste and execute inventory strategy required for the support of effective supplier relationships in line with Supply Chain Finance requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

RM tracking

  • Collate and monitor all RM stock and ensure stock reported is accurate at all time
  • Partner with XF teams to resolve disputes with Vendors/Supplier partners on quality/quantity discrepancies
  • Proactively engage with all partners to ensure all RMX is declared and invoiced in a timely manner
  • Ensure stock management systems are kept up to date
  • Report on type, location, value, volume and age to business stakeholders
  • Carry out RMX project duties as designated by RMX co-ordinator

RM Utilisation

  • Co-ordinate RMX from mills/tanneries/vendors.

RM disposal

  • Validate and audit stock at locations in line with audit requirements
  • In line with Brand Protection policies drive stock disposal (resell, donate, recycle and destroy)
