Customer Service Agent Belgium

As Customer Service Agent you will be part of Helloprint’s Customer Happiness team, which is part of our international Customer Experience Centre in Valencia. Our team makes sure that the thousands of customers who visit us every day will become super-satisfied and stay that way, all from our amazing office in Spain.

We are looking for the most customer-oriented superstars out there, who know how to provide “the wow factor” for our customers” s within a dynamic environment at a high pace. Day after day you will give our customers an experience they won’t forget, together with your colleagues. It’s your job to make sure customers like being in touch with us because of your knowledge and your enthusiasm. We want them to put the phone down with a smile on their face after talking to you! You help them through the process and show them that ordering print is really, really easy at Helloprint.

It is your job to provide the kind of service that give our customers the wow factor over the phone, through email and in our chat. Customer Happiness is the heart of Helloprint and the key to achieve our mission: “Making ordering print easier. For everyone. Everywhere.”

What you do

  • You are the first contact with customers when there are issues and you know exactly how to solve these in the best and fastest way possible;
  • You are super customer-friendly, nothing is too much to ask and you do everything within reach to make the customer happy;
  • You guide customers with their orders and make sure they make the right decisions;
  • You act proactively in finding new ways to optimize processes with the goal of minimising the amount of complaints we receive.

What a regular day looks like

You’re in early today so you start the day with a cup of coffee and a chat with your colleagues. Afterwards you head to your desk to answer the first phone calls of the day ... A challenging phone call! A very stressed-out customer is calling, she will need her programs for her wedding tomorrow and they haven’t arrived yet. It’s up to you to find a quick and effective solution to this issue. You don’t only need to find a solution, you also need to calm down the customer. You quickly arrange a courier to make sure her programmes will arrive on time. You have also arranged a little extra gift for her wedding, to give it that extra“Wow”-factor.

Time for lunch! Together with a few colleagues you enjoy the freshly prepared lunch. It’s something different every day, delicious every time, and made with love by our Mona!

After lunch you have time to read your emails. You receive a lot of questions through email on orders, delivery times and other possibilities. You not only provide information, but also that little bit extra so customers always read your emails with a smile on their face.

You walk home feeling satisfied and with the last rays of sun of the day on your face. You have talked to dozens of customers and have made print easier for all of them.

What we are looking for

  • A completed Bachelor degree;
  • You are native in Flemish;
  • Experience with Customer Service is a plus;
  • You are super customer-friendly and enjoy being in touch with customers;
  • You have a real hands-on mentality;
  • You are available full-time;
  • You are dynamic and flexible and therefore you fit in well with the Helloprint environment;
  • You are a real team player and a great addition to our amazing team;
  • You think in solutions, and you excel in problem solving in a creative way;
  • You live in or around Valencia (or you are planning on moving there);
  • You are fluent in English.
