Job location: Liverpool (Speke), UK (L24 8RB)Review the maintenance project charter and request for projects ensuring; P&ID’s, PFD’s, mass and energy balance calculations and basic design layouts are correct Organise and contribute to the project schedule, safety and commissioning plans Ensure other functions for example food safety, are aligned with the project and maintenance best practice is achieved During the execution of projects, ensure compliance with the scope of work, be involved in construction supervision, permits and audits, ensuring all work is carried out safely at all times Manage and lead reliability centred maintenance and failure mode and effects analysis, with different teams to determine; equipment capability, functional failure modes, probability of failure and the impact of equipment failure will have on the plantLead the criticality review of all new assets with a view to minimize repeat asset failuresWork closely with colleagues from the centre of excellence, to ensure best practice maintenance reliability techniques are embedded at site Support
Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelors /Masters (or equivalent qualification e.g. HND) in Engineering, with Electrical Engineering preferred
Proven experience in reliability engineering with a deep understand of predictive maintenance and condition based monitoring technologies, analytics and maintenance strategy
Knowledge of Electrical and Automation systems is a strong plus
Project delivery experience
Proven experience working with a computerised maintenance management system (ideally MAXIMO)
The ability to interpret and action maintenance management key performance indictors
Strong believer and promotor of a safety culture
Sound communication and influencing skills – Able to communicate with colleagues at all levels of an organisation
An engaging, positive character, with a ‘can do’ mentality, who can solve problems
Comfortable with change and ambiguity and able to prioritise effectively
Data driven with a ‘continuous improvement mentality’, formal knowledge and use of CI tools would be an advantage
