These KAM roles offer a unique opportunity for the right candidates to be an integral part of the UK Neuroscience team at Novartis. You will be responsible for driving sales and creating a positive environment across the local health economy, whilst working in close collaboration with business leaders, brand leads and a broad cross-functional team.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieving sales targets by developing, implementing and monitoring key account plans
  • Making recommendations to commercial business leaders on account resource allocation
  • Identification, development and mobilisation of key opinion leaders (KOL’s) to support Novartis products
  • Gaining formulary inclusions, positive guideline reviews, endorsement statements or similar outputs that result in a positive sales climate for Novartis products
  • To develop, maintain and share an excellent standard of specialist knowledge, enabling environmental assessment, market intelligence and liaison with cross-functional team to facilitate competitive advantage
  • To comply with appropriate regulations
  • To monitor, review and report key metrics and market feedback

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Key account management experience
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
  • Compliance and regulatory knowledge
  • Healthcare/ secondary care experience
  • Proven account planning and/or matrix management experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the NHS
