TPP is a market leading UK based IT company, dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare software.
After 20 years of success, TPP is now looking to expand our offering to deliver connected care to new markets in China and the Middle East.
TPP has been consistently recognised as an outstanding graduate employer. Most recently, we were named ‘Top Company For Graduates To Work For’ 2016/17 by TheJobCrowd and the ‘Top IT Development and Consulting Company’ 2017/18.
We establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of government and international healthcare organisations.
We're based in Horsforth (North Leeds) close to the city centre but also on the edge of the countryside.
Our roles are challenging and rewarding with salary and benefits to match. Opportunities to learn at TPP are continuous: you will be given projects to manage, problems to solve and lots of responsibility.
At TPP, we’re proud to have a culture where different perspectives are valued and where a flat hierarchy ensures that everyone feels included in decision-making. We believe our diversity is a strength that has brought about greater creativity and innovation in our company over the years.
We remain committed to this belief and know that as we grow there is even more we can do to attract the best talent.

After 20 years of success in the UK, we are now looking to expand our offering to deliver connected care to new markets abroad, specifically China and the Middle East.
We have developed a public health system for China, and we are currently working with governments in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to deliver products which support and enhance their healthcare services.
Having developed extensive experience from working with the NHS, TPP is helping tackle global healthcare problems such as the rise in non-communicable diseases and ageing populations.
We believe we are the only software company in the world to offer truly integrated electronic health records. By configuring and deploying our products in new markets, we can support the delivery of timely, informed and efficient healthcare on an international scale.
TPP is a company that is proud of its local roots. Situated in the heart of West Yorkshire, in the small town of Horsforth, TPP is fully aware of the positive impact a successful business can make within a community. As a result, we regularly make contributions to charitable and environmental causes and actively promote ethical and social responsibility.
In 2016, we moved into TPP House, a £22 million project that has brought hundreds of jobs to West Yorkshire, a key region of the Northern Powerhouse initiative. Although the building’s design embraces modern innovations, care has been taken to ensure the building fits in with existing architecture within the Horsforth community.
We ensure our company is kept as paper-light as possible and all waste paper is recycled on a regular basis. TPP works to ensure the well-being of all staff members through short working hours, comfortable office environment, physiotherapy massage and social activities. Organised blood donor sessions mean employees can donate blood inside working hours. Staff are also encouraged to take part in voluntary activities and sports events in the community. In addition, TPP has sponsored several charities and local initiatives.
At TPP, we also believe it is important to support other local businesses and that’s why, from stationery to sandwiches, and from couriers to cleaners, we have always sought out the best local companies to work with. We are proud that our company helps to bring new jobs and new business to the local community.
In 2016, TPP launched the ‘Frank Hester Scholarship’ with Elliott Hudson College, Horsforth High School and Tong School in Bradford. The scholarship programme is designed to support financially disadvantaged sixth form students who are applying for university or further education.
