    Our story

    We are The Talent Institute. Founded in 2015 by three entrepreneurs; Roderik Hageman, Patrick de Zeeuw and Ruud Hendriks who identified a gap in the market for talent. They saw first hand that companies were really struggling to recruit talent with the right digital marketing skill set and the confidence to make an impact in their companies. And since then, we've trained over 400+ talents! And last year - 2018 - , we set up our first international office in Melbourne, Australia and our international ambitions don't stop there!

    From our headquarters in Amsterdam, an ambitious team of 60+ dedicated professionals who lead and support the three companies to achieve rapid growth and impact. Our goal is to be the world’s leading growth accelerator building 10.000 ventures and empowering 100 million people in innovation by 2030.

    The Talent Institute empowers the next generation of young professionals and companies to grow and innovate. We achieve this by sourcing the best talent, immersing them in the latest digital skills and connecting them with some of the finest start-ups, scale-ups and corporates.

    Do you have a clear idea of where you want to go, but are you still missing the skills that companies are asking for?

    Do you want:

    To contribute to the development of a fast-growing start-up?
    To learn in 6 months what you can learn over 1.5 years in a regular starters job?
    To innovate according to the start-up method?
    Give yourself that competitive edge with which you can stand head and shoulders above the market?

    You start with 1 month full-time training followed by a traineeship of 5 months at one of our selected partner companies. We strongly believe in learning by doing, and that is why you will put your newly acquired knowledge into practice immediately at your traineeship company. During interactive training sessions you will work together with other trainees. All training sessions are given by experts in the field.

  6. Our Young Digital Innovator Program

    Our Young Digital Innovator Program

    The Young Digital Innovators Program is a two-year program for young professionals
    with 1-3 years of (relevant) work experience. In this Program you’ll work for different
    corporate innovation teams to make sure you can make a real impact and are able to be part
    of the digital transformation. In order to empower you, you’ll be trained and coached in
    a wide range of (digital) innovation skills, creative leadership, personal development
    and future technologies. Learning by doing, that’s what we believe in. The Young Digital Innovators Program is here to help you kickstart your (innovation) career!

    Within 2 years you'll be executive power on four till 6 projects and placed in innovation teams.
    Our clients are FrieslandCampina, Nestle, Vivat, Nationale Nederlanden and Heineken.
