We always try to keep the process as short as possible, but we want make sure we feel there is a 100% match form both sides, so items in the process might be mixed sometimes for the purpose of keeping things rolling. These are the things/people you will encounter during a process at Alphacomm:

We always try to keep the process as short as possible, but we want make sure we feel there is a 100% match form both sides, so items in the process might be mixed sometimes for the purpose of keeping things rolling. These are the things/people you will encounter during a process at Alphacomm:
1. A culture call with HR, to decide if our core values match. Make sure to already have 2 references at hand, we will only contact them at a later stage and after your consent.
2. A meeting with the manager of the department, possibly accompanied by a future team member
3. A personal profile analysis
4. Meeting our CEO for a cup of coffee/tea
We might also ask you to do a brief assignment for certain roles, for example give a sales pitch or give your view on one of our products, verticals etc.

Start to finish should take no more than 3 weeks!
