Business Development Trainee
Wonderland is looking for a Business Development Trainee to drive our business development strategy. Our ideal candidate will pair real-life business experience and expertise with strong communication skills to help foster strategic relationships with potential clients and partners.
A portion of their time will be dedicated to improving existing client relationships. At Wonderland a strong relationship with our clients is of the utmost importance. This ambitious person will create, implement, and manage business development initiatives that will guide them from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.
Wonderland’s Business Development Trainee will be responsible for providing intentional and tactical leadership for large-scale cross-brand engagements. The Trainee will identify a client’s business needs while working with them and our interdisciplinary teams. After understanding and defining the client’s issues the Trainee will devise effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results.

But also by helping companies improve their existing products and services in order to engage customers and nurture brand awareness. And with two CSS Design Awards, a SOTD award from Awwwards, a SOTM from CSSA & two French Design Index awards under our belt, people seem to think we’re pretty good at it.
Our intention has never been to become an enormous, bloated agency. We feel that to deliver real quality, you need to build a committed team around every project you take on.
