The EMEA Education business is made up of partner driven (VATC and Reseller) and direct business. The VATC/Reseller business in EMEA consists of over 150 VATCs or which 100 are Resellers in 38 countries, all of them using our Learning Management System (MyLearn) for ordering student kit, accepting credits or publishing their training schedule and Reselling on to our VMware courses both Classroom, Live on Line. For our Direct business, the role will be required to support all areas as above but focus on owning the Direct Open Enrollment schedule, resourcing and managing all of our Open enrolment courses across EMEA and will work closely with the Resellers to ensure we align our schedules with their customer needs. Key area is minimizing cancellations but optimize availability of courses for customers. They will work with our Delivery team and provide reports for Managers within the Edu Management team. We hope they will be an equal and integral part of the European Operations team and look to also working as second in command in the Education Operations team.

This position reports to the EMEA Education Operations Manager but will be working with a range of colleagues within the EMEA primarily but occasionally Global Edu team aswell as our customer and Partner audience.

Areas of focus:

  • Planning and manage the EMEA Open Enrollment schedule:
  • Trending and cadence management for the EMEA schedule
  • Trainer resourcing
  • VDC ( lab ) requests/management
  • Room and facility management for the full Open Enrollment scheduling, fortnightly calls / communications.
  • Decision maker working with Education Management team.
  • Triage and manages Reseller queries and Reseller scheduling / Subcontracting / Communications, Reseller account management regarding the Operational VERP Reseller customer requests.
  • EMC/DELL Subcontracting management and all process under that; weekly calls, monthly management of the scheduling/cancellation management. Contract management working with Legal.
  • Reporting to the Resellers, Nick Beard GEO Senior Education Director, Education Managers weekly call.
  • Shared Services escalation support / training / workflow management on Open Enrollment.
  • Supports Colleagues and Managers and GEO Lead as like a Team Lead role.
  • Workflows with procurement (SUPPLIER SET UP)
  • Supporting Education Managers with certain programs i.e. FAFIEC Program for France
  • Supports Manager and ESC Direct Sales with LZ/ ELS/ On Demand and exam process (in transition) and queries (kept).
  • Any Project management
  • End of Quarter support management from the Open Enrollment focus.

TOOLS:

  • Salesforce management
  • LMS System of ours – Mylearn
  • Purchasing System called Coupa to raise PO’s

Required skills and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com – LMS experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good initiative
  • Agile Thinker – willing to work outside the box adapting to new input with creative solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities - willingness to take the initiative to solve problems.
  • Experience in support role
